Sally Turner – My help

This weeks spontaneous worship song from Sally Turner is entitled “My Help”. It is based on Psalm 121:

I lift up my eyes to the mountains.   Where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. (Psalm 121:1-2)

Sally says ‘In this Psalm, the singer is asking “In whom do I put my trust?”.   It’s such a good question!  As Christian’s, our answer is of course “God”! ‘
